The 32 years I’ve taught at Lake Park have been a great experience for me.  I have enjoyed my career here for a lot of reasons.  The primary reasons though, are because of the students and the great colleagues I’ve had the opportunity to work with over the years.  The students are always fun, full of energy, curious, and have (mostly) been willing to work with me to learn a difficult topic.  I’ve also had a number of great colleagues throughout my career.  I had two fantastic mentors when I first started at LP and I hope I’ve been able to do the same for some of my younger colleagues.

I will miss the daily contact with my students, but I am looking forward to having the time to pursue some interests and to do some things I just do not have the time for now.

Best of luck to the seniors as you head off into a new chapter of your lives!
